… And the sun smiled at dawn,
drawing in all who saw
the blessed beauty that came with the day,
and to step into it with glowing hope.
The sun shines
The specks of dust rise
The raindrops fall
The bits rest

The sun illuminates and warms us. It is also a sign of hope. This poem is pointing us to the fact that the when the sun rises, it fills us with hope for the new.
