You can simply take a walk, do yoga, or engage in board games that broaden and balance your mental and physical health.

Volunteer: Are you passionate about a cause? Another great way to keep your mental health in check as a student is to volunteer and engage in community service. It will give you the opportunity to meet new people. There is this good feeling that comes from performing random acts of kindness in society.
